Sad News
I have been informed today that Ken Goy has passed away. Ken was a founder member of the Mercia back in 1965 and although I was not a founder member I have enjoyed Ken’s company both cycling socially and racing for over 40 years. Ken was a great clubman always willing to help with events if he was not competing himself. He will be greatly missed. Ken had been a committee member for many years and his wise counsel was always valuable.
On behalf of the club may I express our sincere heart felt condolences to his family.
