Club AGM and 2019 Membership
I had scheduled to hold the AGM on January 10th but this is not now possible as I have a clashing meeting that I cannot change. The AGM will be held on the 29th January at 8.45pm after the turbo session in the clubroom.
Membership fees are now due – they are unchanged but please note that to enable the Club to comply with data holding rules, to retain your membership for 2019 you must completion an application form giving us permission to hold your details for communication purposes. The form is being uploaded to the website and copies will be available at club nights from next Tuesday.
Payment can be made by bank transfer – please contact Tony on santonm@talktalk.net or 07973414284 and I will provide you with the club bank details. The signed form can be posted, handed in on a club night or scanned and emailed to me.
