Mercia Report 24-08-08

Despite heavy rain, nine riders competed in the one lap 5mile time trial. Plan B's Sean Sleigh was again the fastest in 11 59, 2nd was Daniel Partington (Plan B) in 13 09, 3rd fastest was Keith Staley 13 10. The following riders' times were Neil Sleigh (Plan B) 14 03, Alec Taylor 14 20, Mark Ward 14 36, Colin Johnson 14 39, Andrew Wendle 15 15 & Justin Waters 15 23.

Mercia HBM CC are promoting the second round of the West Midland's Cyclo Cross League at the Forestry Centre at Rosliston on Sunday 28th September 2008. The first race is for the under 10s starting at 10 15. Then continuing with races for the under 12s, Youths, Juniors, Veterans & Ladies. The final race is for Seniors, starting at 14 00 hrs.
