New clubroom plus end of season social !
After many years the club is moving with a social evening being the first event at the new Henhurst club on 29th September.
The Henhurst Club is in Wood Lane (DE13 9TB) which is a short Lane on the right at the top of the steepest part of the Henhurst Road climb.
The Club is licensed with good beer and will give the Mercia a more suitable, secure long term base.
We will be having a social evening in the Henhurst Club on Tuesday 29th September.
The evening will double as the season ending social so bring food to share as we do at the pre- Christmas social but no mince pies please!!
The season however will not quite have ended – remember the open 30 on Saturday 3rd October and note that at the Hill climb championship will be held on Saturday 24th October at 11.00 am on the Marchington Woodlands Climb.
